Preparing for Your Thai Massage: Before & After Care

🌿Before Your Appointment

Arrive Early: Give yourself 5–10 minutes to relax, fill in forms if needed, and settle in.
Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothes. Please note, that as a professional massage therapy provider we require all customers to wear underwear during their massage.
Avoid Heavy Meals & Alcohol: Eat lightly 1–2 hours before. Avoid alcohol as it can reduce the benefits.
Share Health Information: Let your therapist know about injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy so they can adjust the treatment safely.
Choose the Right Style: If unsure, ask your therapist to recommend between Thai Traditional, Oil, Remedial, or Relaxation massage.

🌸 After Your Appointment

Hydrate Well: Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins released during the massage.
Take It Easy: Allow your body to rest. Avoid intense exercise immediately after deep tissue or remedial treatments.
Stretch Gently: Light stretching or a warm shower can enhance the benefits.
Possible Soreness: Some mild muscle soreness is normal after deep pressure or remedial massage and should ease within 24–48 hours.
Regular Treatments: For ongoing tension, regular massage (weekly or monthly) may provide longer-lasting results.
